An American screenwriter, producer and director. He was born on February 12, 1940 in Highland Park, Illinois. He was born to a Jewish family. He began his career in 1966 by writing the documentary The World of Animals: It's a Dog's World. Among his most prominent works are: The Omen, Shining Through and Dragonfly.
