An American actress, born on June 14, 1989 in Memphis, Tennessee. She is known for her famous role as Pia Somers in the series Bionic Woman. She also appeared as Sherry in the popular horror film Scream 4. Lucy first appeared on the reality TV show American Juniors in 2003, after which she landed small guest roles in Drake & Josh, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, The OC, and How I Met Your Mother . Lucy was cast as Aria Montgomery in the crime series Pretty Little Liars (2009), for which she won the award for best role in the series for 2010. In 2010, Lucy appeared as a guest star in the crime series CSI: Miami.
