An Irish actor, producer and director, born October 1, 1930, Limerick. Ireland. He began his acting career in 1958, in some movies, including Alive and Kicking. He is best known for Camelot, Unforgiven, Gladiator, and The Count of Monte Cristo. He died on October 25, 2002, at University College Hospital, London, United Kingdom.
