A British film director, screenwriter, and producer, born in London. He started working in Canada, the United States, and Europe in the 1960s. He began his career in England before immigrating to Canada in the 1970s. Some of his credits are Pit Pony (1997), When the Vows Break (1995) and Chekhov and Maria (2007).
