An American actor and producer, born on July 24, 1942 in Beckley, West Virginia. He began appearing in the 1952 series Guiding Light. He is best known for acting in Whispers, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Frank the Bastard. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in Dog Day Afternoon.
