An American director, actor, and producer, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States in 1964. He is of Italian and German descent. Tom attended Haverford High School in Havertown, Pennsylvania. He married actress Kira Arne' Verica, and they have two children. He is known for American Dreams (2002-2005, Flags of Our Fathers (2006), and Zodiac (2007).
