An American actor who was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA to Hilda Earle and Lemuel Grady Keith Jr. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BA in Speech and Theater. He made his debut in Are You in the House Alone? (1978). His most important works include An Officer and a Gentleman (1982), Behind Enemy Lines (2001), The Indian in the Cupboard (1995), and Daredevil (2003). He married Nancy Clark, but they got divorced years later.
