A Korean-American director, born on May 7, 1972 in South Korea. She began her career directing episodes of the series, Todd McFarlane's Spawn in 1998, which she was also a storyboard artist. Her most notable works include Kung Fu Panda 3, The Darkest Minds, and Love, Death & Robots. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film for Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011).
