An Italian actress, born in Rome, Lazio, Italy. She began her career in the early 2000s when director Nanni Moretti cast her in his film The Son's Room (2001), a role for which she won the Best Female Newcomer (Migliore Attrice Esordiente) at the Golden Globes, Italy. Her other credits include Fortunata (2017) and The Gunman (2015).
