A French-Swiss actor, born on May 16, 1962, in Geneva, Switzerland. He is known for The Divorce (2003), Love in a Cold Climate (2001), and Les petits meurtres d'Agatha Christie (2013-2019). He has one son, Alexandre Labarthe, with his first wife actress Elena Safonova and three daughters with actress Hélène Médigue. He was a member of the Comédie Française from 2012 to 2015.
