American actor born on 24 May 1967 in San Diego, California, US. He began his acting career as a teenager, but his breakthrough role was on Twin Peaks (1989-1991), he also reprised his roles in other works of the Twin Peaks franchise. Other notable works of his include Return of the Living Dead II (1988) and Dawson's Creek (2002-2003).
