An American writer, born on July 22, 1965, in Los Angeles, California, United States. He married producer Tina Albanese in 1998, and they have one child. He is the brother of actor Matthew Labyorteaux and Jane Laborteaux. Among his works are Heathers (1988), 3 Ninjas (1992), and Yes Man (2008).
