An American actor, born on December 31, 1953, in Boston, Massachusetts. He made his debut in the movie The Warriors (1979), after which he participated in several Broadway plays before returning to movies in The Cotton Club (1982), then played the role of a Dutchman in the movie The Clan of the Cave Bear (1986), then an army officer in the movie Renaissance Man (1994). But his most notable work in the recent period is his participation in the famous series Dexter in 2006 and the movie Django Unchained (2012), as well as his voice performance in the animated movie Ratatouille (2007).
