An American writer, producer, and director, he grew up in England but moved to the United States in 1987. He founded the production company, Planet Grand Pictures, with his partner Eamon Harrington in 1993. His most notable works include: ABC Afterschool Specials (1993-1997), It Conquered Hollywood! The Story of American International Pictures (2001), and Bond Girls Are Forever (2002).
