An Irish actor, born in Dublin, Ireland. He was educated at St. Vincent's C.B.S. in Glasnevin. He began his acting career as a teenager in the Youth Theatre before moving to London. He was nominated for the British Academy Television Award for Best Actor in 2000. He married his girlfriend Olivia in 2001 and they have two children. His credits include 12 Rounds, Game of Thrones, and Maze Runner: The Death Cure.
