An American writer and producer, he founded the production company Roadshow Rough Diamond with his son, Dan Edwards. In 2010, he and Mimi Butler won an Australian Film Institute Award for Best Television Drama Series for Rush (2008). Among his works are Love My Way (2004) and Offspring (2010).
