A Canadian screenwriter, actress, and television producer, born in Toronto, Canada. She appeared in and wrote for numerous television shows and films from the 1970s through the 1990s, including Hostage for a Day (1994), Guarding Tess (1994) and Back to School (1986). She died on July 3, 2013, in California, USA, from liver failure.
