An Egyptian poet, born in Sohag, to a Saeedi family of Qenawi origin, as he belongs to the Al Houwara tribe, in Abu Tesht in governorate Qena. Hesham studied in Sohag then moved to Cairo at the university stage and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ain Shams University in 2003. Immediately after graduation, he was appointed as the supervisor of the cultural center at Ain Shams University until he resigned from this job in 2009 and obtained postgraduate studies in business administration from the same university in 2007. He was named the best young colloquial poet by the Egyptian writers union in 2008. He won second place in the Prince of Poets contest in Abu Dhabi in 2011.
