An American director and writer, who worked at Pixar Animation Studios. He studied animation at the Character Animation Program at CalArts. He began his career by working on several films, the most important of which was Spider-Man (2002). In 2005, Andrews co-wrote and co-directed the acclaimed Pixar short film One Man Band. He also participated in the animated film Cars (2006), among many others.
