American actor and producer born on 11 June 1969 in Morristown, New Jersey. He studied acting in Bennington College. His film debut was in Living in Oblivion (1995). He is famous for playing Tyrion Lannister on the hit TV series Game of Thrones (2011- 2019), for which he won four Primetime Emmys and a Golden Globe. His most notable works include The Station Agent (2003), X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014), and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017).
