American writer, director and musician born on 21 September 1965. He obtained a BA in English from the University of California, Irvine in 1991. He also enrolled in a postgraduate program at Loyola Marymount University. He co-wrote the film Big Daddy (1999) with Tim Herlihy and Adam Sandler. He is also the creator and executive producer of the series Psyche (2006-2014). His other notable works include Rush Hour (2016) and the Psych film spin-offs.
