A British actress. She was born on January 30, 1974 in Norwich. She attended the University of Cambridge. She began her artistic career in 2000 with her appearance in the series Bruiser. Among her most important works are: The Favourite in 2018, Tyrannosaur in 2011, The Lobster in 2015 and Hot Fuzz in 2007. She was married to Ed Sinclair in 2001. She won an Academy Award for her role in the movie The Favourite in 2018. She was also nominated for an Academy Award for her role in The Father in 2021.
