She was born in New York in 1974 and graduated from New College at Hofstra University with a degree in Creative Studies. Furthermore, she joined a training at the Actors Center in New York. She made her debut through the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2001), while she is best known for her role in Cinderella Man (2005).
