An American physician and writer of Indian origin. He was born on October 22, 1946 in New Delhi, India. He is the author of several books, and the founder of Sharp HealthCare's Center in California. He immigrated to the United States in 1970 as a medical intern in New Jersey. After completing the training period, he moved to Boston, where he became famous through the movie Finding Joe.
