A British screenwriter, born in Pontybrid, Wales, in 1954. He studied at the University of Bristol and worked as a copywriter before deciding to write drama. His writing credits include: The Awakening, Octane and Afterlife. In 1998 he won the British BAFTA Award for Best Short Film for The Deadness of Dad.
