An Egyptian writer, social researcher, and poet, born in 1954. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Social Work, Helwan University, in 1978. He obtained his master's degree with a dissertation on the Egyptian person and the attempt to Judaize him, but in his doctoral studies, he insisted on approaching the world of psychodrama and theater, so he presented his dissertation on the relapse of addicts and how to treat them through dramatic works in 1999. He is known for Youssef's Apple (1997) and A Good Night (1997). He died in 2005 as a result of the Beni Suef Theater burning.
