Richard Melville Hall, an American composer and musician, born on September 11, 1965, in New York, USA. He started playing classical guitar and piano at the age of nine, and later he studied jazz, music theory, and percussion. He became a guitarist for the punk group the Vatican Commandos in 1983. He entered the world of cinema and made his first film score for Double Tap (1997). He is known for The Next Three Days (2010), The Saint (1997), and The Bourne Legacy (2012).
