Actor and writer Timothy Dowling was born in Boston in 1973. He made his debut as an actor in 1997 in the series Step by Step, while the short film Evil Hill (1999) was his first screenwriting experience. The movie This Means War (2012) is considered the most prominent movie in which he acted.
