An Icelandic actor, writer, and director, born on June 30, 1963, in Reykjavík. He began his artistic career in 1990, writing and directing a short film entitled SSL-25. He directed and wrote several works, most notably Fóstbræður (1998), Pressa (2007), Reykjavik-Rotterdam (2008), and Contraband (2012).
