A British guitarist, producer, poet, singer, and actor who was a member of the Beatles. He was born on February 25, 1943 in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, United Kingdom. He won an Oscar with his Beatles in 1971 for Best Original Song for the movie Let It Be (1969). He worked in A Hard Day's Night, Help!, Yellow Submarine, and Kubo and the Two Strings. He passed away on November 29, 2001 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.
