A Turkish actor, director, and writer who was born in Ankara, Turkey. He is known for Sonbahar, The Jungle, More, and Persona. He studied at the Department of Physics at the Middle East Technical University. He received many awards, including the Best Actor Award at the 2008 Turkish Film Critics Association (SIYAD) Awards.
