An Egyptian director and editor, he co-directed The Program presented by Bassem Youssef. During the January revolution, Khalifa participated with Cairokee band in directing the song "Sout Al Horeya", which gained wide fame during this period. Among his works the programs America in Arabic, Me and Me, and the series Duty Officer.
