A German director and screenwriter, born in Frankfurt, Germany. His works include Khodorkovsky (2011), SommerHundeSöhne (2004), and Digitale Dissidenten (2015). He began his career by directing the short film Nachtland (1995), for which he won an award at the Berlin International Film Festival in 1996. He also won an award at the Munich International Documentary Festival (DOK.fest) for Khodorkovsky in 2011.
