An Italian writer and director, born in Cairo, Egypt. He presented a number of works before the Egyptian actor Youssef Wahby brought him from Italy, after they met there, to direct the film Amina in 1949, which Wahby co-wrote and starred in. His other credits include Seconda B (1934) and We the Living (1942). He died on May 16, 1978.
