Mary McGuckian is a British director, producer and writer born on May 27, 1965 in Northern Ireland. She attended Trinity College, Dublin, where she earned an engineering degree. She established her own company, Pembridge Productions, in 2001 in the United Kingdom to develop and produce feature films. The company has been a co-producer of several Irish feature films. She is best known for the movie A Girl from Mogadishu (2019).
