Iraqi actor, one of the founders of the Department of Cinema and Theater in Baghdad. In 1953, he joined the Society for the Protection of Arts and Literature, which was headed by the late artist Fathallah Al Khayli. He is known for his participation in a number of works, including: Al-Qadisiyya (1981), Inflamed Borders (1984), and Clash of Loyalties (1982).
