Sebastian Stan is a Romanian-born actor, who was raised in the United States since the age of 12. He appeared in the series Once Upon a Time, Kings and Gossip Girl. His work in cinema includes Jonathan Demme's Rachel getting Married (2008), Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan (2010), the supernatural thriller The Apparition (2013) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014).
