Turkish actor born on 3 November 1911 in Istanbul, Turkey, to a Turkish-Armenian father. He studied at Samsun Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi, acted on the stage of Samsun Gençlik Mahfeli'nde, and also acted in the plays of the Halkevleri. He appeared in about 190 works throughout his career, most notable of which are Vurun kahpeye and Bana derler külhanli. He died of prostate cancer on 12 February 1969 in Istanbul, Turkey.
