Chinese director, born in Hong Kong, China. He made his directorial debut with Option Zero (1997). His most notable works include Unbeatable (2013), Operation Mekong (2016), Operation Red Sea (2018), and The Battle at Lake Changjin (2021). He has won numerous awards, including the Hong Kong Film Critics Association Award for Best Director for The Viral Factor (2012).
