A Saudi lyric poet and writer, born in Mecca in 1961. He studied under the great poets and writers of Hejaz, such as Ibrahim Khafaji, Yassin Samkari, and Taher Zamakhshari. He was greatly influenced by the Meccan Hejazi school. He is considered the best to write in the Hejazi dialect, and he is also called the "Leading Poet of Occasions in the Arabian Gulf." He's known for Lame Joke (2010) and Delivery (2014).
