An American actor, born on October 31, 1942 in Peoria, Illinois, USA. His parents are Margaret Elizabeth (Ogden) and Kenneth Truman Stiers. He graduated from North Eugene High School in 1960. At the age of twenty, he was offered to join the company of the Santa Clara Shakespeare Festival for three months. However, he ended up staying for seven years. He moved to New York to study drama at Juilliard. He participated as a voice actor in Lilo & Stitch (2002), in addition to his participation in more than 25 Disney films. His works, include: M*A*S*H (1972), North & South: Book 1, North & South (1985), and North & South: Book 2, Love & War (1986). He died on March 3, 2018 in Newport, Oregon, USA, due to bladder cancer.
