An American actor, born on December 7, 1965 in Washington. He graduated from Amherst College in 1987 where he studied political science. After graduating, he received a scholarship at New York University, but two months later he dropped out to be a full-time actor. He's famous for his work on the TV Mini-Series Angels in America (2003), the movies The Manchurian Candidate (2004), and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013), as well as the TV series Westworld.
