A German politician, born in Munich, Germany. He was a businessman, a member of the Reichstag, the German Parliament, and a member of the Nazi Party. He later became president of Eher Verlag, the official publishing house of the Nazi Party. He appeared in the 1935 documentary Triumph of the Will, directed by Leni Riefenstahl. He died on March 30, 1957.
