A German actor, born in Kiel, Germany. After graduating from high school, he began running a café in his hometown, in conjunction with his studies in theatrical arts. He worked in various theaters such as the Mannheim National Theatre and the Bavarian State Theatre in Munich. He played the main role in the play Lulu by writer and director Athina Rachel Tsangari. Some of his credits are A Most Wanted Man (2014) and Unknown (2011).
