An American worker, born in Grove City, United States. The documentary The Thin Blue Line (1988) tells his story of being wrongfully sentenced to death for a murder he did not commit, and thanks to the filmmaker his conviction was overturned. He died on October 30, 2010, at Washington Court House, United States.
