A Puerto Rican singer, composer and actor, born December 24, 1971 in San Juan. He began his artistic life at the age of twelve as a member of the Menudo singing boy band in 1989. He left the band and traveled to New York to complete his studies there, but his plans suddenly changed on his trip to Mexico, where he participated in one of the opera performances. Ricky Martin acted in multiple TV series, most notably Glee (2009), as well as his distinctive role in the movie Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey (2020).
