An American actor and comedian, born on July 24, 1949, in Culver City, California, USA. He made his TV debut in 1980. He also served in the U.S. Army. He joined the California Institute of the Arts, in addition to receiving a BA in drama from a college in Washington in 1975. His most notable work includes Fridays (1980-1982), Seinfeld (1989-1998), in which he played the memorable role of Kramer, UHF (1989), and Bee Movie (2007).
