She is an American actress whose real name is Katherine Litwak. She was born in Pennsylvania and moved to live in Los Angeles. Kat started working in television with a small role in the popular series, Sex and the City. She also starred in Raising Dad, The Scream Team, Everwood, and Without a Trace.
