He is an American actor, born on August 7, 1963 in New York. He studied music and theater at The Shenandoah Institute. After graduation, he participated in many classic plays until he got a major role in the TV series, Fame (1986). Harold then appeared in many small roles in some series and films until 1997 when he played the role of Augustus Hill in the series Oz (1997-2013), which nominated him to join the series Lost (2004 -2010). He also appeared in Romeo + Juliet (1996), Snitch (2013), 28 Weeks Later (2007), and Woman on Top (2000).
