A Portuguese actor and film producer, born on June 3, 1950, in Lisbon, Portugal. He produced more than 300 films and is considered the producer who has had the greatest number of films selected at the Cannes Film Festival and the greatest number of films having competed for the Palme d'Or. He is known for The Captain (2017), Cosmopolis (2012), and The Domain (2019).
